Lodging Information

Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration cost. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. It is recommended, but not required, that attendees use the hotel block reserved at the Hampton Inn in DeLand, which is also the location of our Pre-Conference.     • Any unused rooms will be taken out of the block after this date and go into regular reservations

Ticket Information

Tickets are limited to one guest per registration. Attempting to register more than one person at a time will result in the order being cancelled. All registrations must be paid by the close of registration on January 5th, 2026. Check payments will ONLY be accepted until December 18th, 2025; after that, credit card will be the only acceptable payment method. Failure to finalize payment before the registration deadlines will result in cancellation of registration. Payments will NOT be accepted at conference check-in. Any cancellations made after December 19th, 2025, are non-refundable.
